Unleashing an orangutan to raise awareness of the effects of palm oil production
Working with supermarket chain, Iceland, to bring awareness to their palm oil free products. We shocked Londoners by stunting an animatronic orangutan on a Christmas tree in London’s Southbank. We went to further locations across the London capital including Oxford Street and the parks of London. Working with industry leading animatronics, stunt coordinators and prop builders to make the stunt come to life.
The campaign won countless industry awards including 2 Cannes Lions and tons of media attention with+ 800 pieces of coverage, including the New York Times, The Guardian and USA Today.
Awareness of what palm oil is grew by 7%, the equivalent of 4.6 million people 64% say they’re more likely to shop at Iceland following its removal of palm oil.
